Lil Wayne was scheduled to headline the We Are One Festival. Citing unforeseen circumstances including the COVID19 pandemic the We Are One Music & Arts Festival has been rescheduled to later this year. The original lineup included Lil Wayne a DJ set by Grimes Duck Sauce Poppy Lupe Fiasco Illenium Japanese Breakfast and more. The original dates May 1415 were less than a month away.
According to a PR rep The availability of those current artists will vary for the new dates. WAO plans on announcing a refreshed lineup soon. In a press release organizers say they want to ensure the best possible experience for all attendees. They cite many unforeseen circumstances leading to the postponement including the COVID19 pandemic staffing and logistical constraints. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
