Jeremy Clarkson will meet furious villagers amid concerns over his farm shop at Diddly Squat.
The Clarkson’s Farm star, who also presents the Grand Tour, and used to be at the helm of Top Gear, advertised the event through fliers.
The 61 year old has applied for planning permission to develop the site but locals have been left unhappy.
One poster promised: “Cheese and wine will be provided”.
The notice added: “As there seems to be some debate in the village about what’s going on at Diddly Squat, Jeremy Clarkson will be at the Memorial Hall to explain his plans and to take any questions you may have.”
It follows recent reports of swingers plaguing the site in Oxfordshire.
A swinging source told the Daily Star: “There’s a massive trend in the swinging community to add extra kicks to meets by arranging them on celebrity land. Because Jeremy is so outspoken, a lot of them are saying what a laugh it would be to hear what he would say if he caught them at it.”
The site and others like it are said to have dedicated sections to “farm orgies” and Diddly Squat Farm is fast becoming a hot spot for it.
Jeremy, 61, who stars in the Amazon show Clarkson’s Farm, promised locals he would be increasing security at his farm shop as it caused horrendous traffic and plenty of rubber-necking fans lingering nearby.
