EastEnders and The Good Place stars’ rom-com heads to Netflix

The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight the tongue twistingly titled new romantic comedy featuring an EastEnders star and a The Good Place star has found itself a home at Netflix.Starring Ben Hardy and Jameela Jamil the film focuses on two people who meet on a flight from New York to London and quickly fall for each other but various things get in the way of them meeting them up again afterwards and they must overcome the odds to give their romance a go.As reported by Variety the streaming giant has nabbed the global release for the young adult adaptation which isnt surprising seeing as production company ACE Entertainment previously worked with Netflix on the To All the Boys Ive Loved Before series which were pretty darn successful.

Beyond Hardy and Jamil the film also stars Shake It Up and Splits Haley Lu Richardson as female lead Hadley Catastrophe and Mission Impossible 7s Rob Delaney as Hadleys father actor and director Dexter Fletcher as Olivers out there father and Veep and Bridget Jones actress Sally Phillips as Olivers mother.Behind the camera To All the Boys writer Katie Lovejoy has penned the script while Little Womens Vanessa Caswill is serving as director.
