90 Day Fiancé: Why Rose Vega Doesn’t Usually Talk About Her Mother

90 Day Fiancé star Rose Vega recently visited her mother’s grave and revealed details about their relationship. Find out what Rose said about her mom.

Former 90 Day Fiancé star Rose Vega recently talked about her mother and revealed what kind of relationship they have shared. Last year, Rose featured on the hit TLC show with Big Ed. The two of them had one of the most popular relationships on the show, as Ed and Rose dated for almost three months before they actually met each other. San Diego native Big Ed traveled to the Philippines to meet Rose for the first time, and like many other 90 Day Fiancé stories, there was some truth and many secrets between them. One big secret was Rose’s past, which she refused to talk about. At the same time, Ed wasn’t telling her that he doesn’t want kids, which would become one of the reasons for their ultimate breakup.

When 90 Day Fiancé star Big Ed arrived in the Philippines, he was shaken by the fact that Rose Vega had been living at the back of her sister’s store with her six-year-old son, Prince. Her home was something that Ed had never imagined it to be, as it was just a cemented room with no working bathroom or windows. He was shocked to see that Rose didn’t have a bed to sleep in, just a mattress on the floor. After Ed met her family and saw their situation, he was certainly curious, and so were many 90 Day Fiancé fans. When Rose invited Ed to meet her family, he saw her sister, father, and other relatives. However, her mother was not there, nor was she mentioned. In turn, this caused fans to think about her whereabouts.

Many 90 Day Fiancé fans were convinced that Rose Vega’s mother was not on the show because she didn’t want to be filmed. However, this was far from the truth. Sometime later, Rose revealed that her mother had actually passed away. Still, many questions were left unanswered in regards to Rose’s relationship with her mother. Many viewers wanted to know what had happened to Rose’s mom and what kind of relationship the mother-daughter duo used to have. Now, the TLC star has shared a new video on YouTube where she talks about everything that the fans had always wanted to know about her mom. In the video (included below), Rose talked about everything the fans have wanted to find out.

First, Rose Vega visited the cemetery and spoke about how her mom has been gone for almost three years. She said that her mother is now with “Papa God” and revealed that the reason for her passing was a heart attack. The reality TV star Rose Vega revealed that the first year without her mother was extremely different. She then talked about her relationship with her mom. Rose expressed how she wasn’t very close to her mother, and she revealed that their relationship wasn’t peaceful. In fact, they would often have petty fights. For example, Rose talked about the time when she mixed up her color-fading clothes with her clean ones while doing laundry.

Rose admitted that she was hard-headed back in the day and expressed that she misses her mother a lot. She then asked a stranger to light up some candles for her mother. Then, Rose talked about how she didn’t have a single cent in her wallet when her mother passed away. It was the reason she couldn’t help with the burial plans, and everything was taken care of by her siblings. The 25-year-old then told the one thing her mother used to say to her when she was still alive: that Rose would one day be successful. It is great to see that 90 Day Fiancé star Rose Vega is trying her best to be the greatest mother to her son, Prince, despite not having a great relationship with her mom.
