Angelina Jolie Looks Unrecognizable as a Blonde

hanks to the magic of wigs, extensions, and a glam team on speed dial, celebs can change their hair whenever they feel like it by just making a phone call. While Kylie Jenner changes her hair color more often than she drops Kylie Cosmetics collections, Angelina Jolie is one star who has a signature look and sticks with it.

While Jolie has done her fair share of hair DIYs — remember when she colored her hair with a sharpie? — she’s mostly had the same dark chocolate brown hair throughout her decades long career, which makes her latest change-up all the more dramatic.

Jolie’s co-star David Oyelowo took to Instagram to share a cast photo from the set of the upcoming film Come Away. The actress is alongside Oyelowo in the photo but it takes a hot minute to spot Jolie because her hair makes her almost unrecognizable.

“Our film COME AWAY is now in the can! Can’t wait to share this magical reimagining of Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan with you all,” Oyelowo captioned the photo.

She’s wearing a curly blonde wig that looks a lot like Nicole Kidman’s hair in the civil war-era film The Beguiled. As for the honey blonde hair color, it looks a lot like Jolie’s hair from her 1999 film Girl, Interrupted, and more recently, the long bright blonde hair with bangs from By the Sea, her 2015 film co-starring ex-husband Brad Pitt.

Even though Jolie’s had light hair in movies before, this look isn’t any less unexpected. But, it’s just further proof that if she ever decided to dye her hair IRL, she would make a killer blonde.

To see Jolie’s curly blonde hair from all angles, you’ll have to catch Come Away when it eventually hits theaters.
